In Store Policy - NO REFUNDS. Exchange or store credit only. Items are FINAL SALE after 14 days of purchase. All items returned must have original tags attached and be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Shoes must be unworn with no damage to the shoes or the original shoe box. Intimates, bodysuits, onesies, and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. ALL WAREHOUSE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

Online Policy - Refunds are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.  Shipping will not be refunded. After the 7 days, a STORE CREDIT will be issued.  In order to receive a refund, you must contact the store at shopkataphora@gmail.com or at 910-246-0635.
